How Your Plan Is Calculated
Your plan is based on the average number of orders you receive each month, across all of your eBay accounts.
Plans

| Up to 100 | £5 | £50 |
| 101 to 500 | £10 | £100 |
| 501 to 2,500 | £20 | £200 |
| 2,501 to 10,000 | £45 | £450 |
| 10,001 to 25,000 | £75 | £750 |
If you receive more than 25,000 orders a month, please contact us about a custom plan.
Your average
Each day we count your orders from the last 90 days, across every eBay account you own, and divide by three to get your monthly average.
Changing plan
If your average moves into a different plan:
- Monthly subscriptions: we'll email you 3 days before your billing date, and move you to the right plan the day before it.
- Yearly subscriptions: we'll email you on the 1st of the month, and move you to the right plan on the 3rd. See Plan Change on an Annual Subscription.
You never need to upgrade or downgrade yourself.
