Importing Orders

When you connect an eBay account, Vendsta imports your orders from the last 90 days. eBay doesn't let us retrieve anything older.

After that, Vendsta stays in sync with eBay automatically:

• New orders, dispatches and feedback appear in real time, as eBay notifies us.
• Every hour, we check for any orders that were missed.
• Every night, we refresh orders that have changed in the last 30 days, so refunds and other updates are picked up.

Vendsta keeps every order from then on, so the longer you use it, the more history you'll have.

Syncing stops when your trial or subscription ends.
