Orders Not Being Displayed

Vendsta only imports and synchronises orders that are complete (i.e. payment has been received).

If an order it still active with no payment received then it will not show up in Vendsta.

This is to help keep data and reports as accurate and possible.

If you are sure that an order has received payment and it is still not visible then please contact us.
