Orders Not Being Displayed

Vendsta imports orders once they've been paid. If an order is still awaiting payment, it won't appear in Vendsta yet.

Cancelled and refunded orders are imported, but reports, digests and sales figures only count completed orders, to keep them as accurate as possible.

New orders normally appear within moments. If an order has been paid and still isn't showing after an hour, please contact us.
