You'll find these numbers on your eBay feedback profile, under the last 12 months. Nothing you type here leaves your browser.
How eBay works it out
Your percentage is your positives divided by your positives and negatives added together, for orders from the last 12 months. Neutrals don't count either way. If the same buyer leaves feedback for several orders in the same week, eBay usually only counts one of them, so your own tally may not quite match.
Because it's a rolling 12 months, an old negative drops out of the sum by itself. This calculator can't see when your feedback was left, so take the result as a guide rather than an exact figure.
If you've just had a negative
Get in touch with the buyer and sort the problem first. Once they're happy, you can send a revision request through eBay if the feedback is less than 30 days old. You get 5 requests a year, plus 5 more for every 1,000 feedback you receive, so don't waste them. There's more on this in our guide to avoiding negative feedback.
Vendsta spots negative feedback as it comes in, tells you straight away, and holds back reminders on orders that have gone wrong. The first 30 days are free and you don't need a card.
