If you take out an annual subscription and your average orders go outside your plan limits, what happens?
Each month your moving 3 month average orders are checked. If this falls outside your current plan limits then we'll change you to the correct plan, charging or crediting you the prorated amount.
For example, if you started on a yearly subscription for £100/year and 6 months in, needed to switch to the £200/year plan, we'd charge you £50 to cover the price difference over the final 6 months.
Or, if you needed to downgrade from the £200/year to the £100/year plan, we'd credit your account with £50 that will be used towards your renewal the following year.
