In order to set up your automatic eBay messages simply log into your account and head to - https://app.vendsta.com/preferences.

You can then select to enable a purchase message, a dispatch message, a feedback received message and a feedback reminder message.

These automatic messages are triggered after different events for example the dispatch message will be sent to the customer if enabled as soon as an order is marked as dispatched.

Remember that you can use the available variables to customise your message e.g. {{first_name}} or {{item_name}}.
