When activated this message will be sent to the customer after the time period provided selected has passed and only if the customer has not yet left feedback for an order. You can use one of the ready made message templates or write your own custom message.
When activated for the first time feedback reminders will be sent to all imported customers who have not yet left feedback and who's orders are later than the chosen period. So depending on the number of orders you've had this may be quite a few. We recommend setting the feedback reminder to send after a period of at least 2 weeks to first give customers a chance to leave feedback naturally.
Please note: The first time this message is activated it may send a great deal of messages. Messages are sent in batches each hour with a maximum of 5000 per hour.
