Reconnecting eBay

Some Vendsta features use eBay's newer services, which need your permission. Accounts connected before these features were added keep working as they are, but need to reconnect once to use them:

• real eBay fees and ad costs in your profit reports
• sending messages through eBay's newer messaging service
• leaving and checking feedback through eBay's newer feedback service

If your account would benefit, the dashboard shows a Reconnect eBay to unlock more card.

How to reconnect

1. Click Reconnect eBay on the dashboard card, or go to Settings → your eBay account → eBay Token.
2. Sign in to eBay and allow Vendsta access.

That's it. Your orders, messages and settings all stay as they are.

Only the account owner can reconnect.
