eBay Fees
The profit report can use two kinds of eBay fees.
Real fees from eBay
Once your eBay account is connected to eBay's finances service, Vendsta reads what eBay actually charged for each order:
- final value fees and other selling fees, less any fees eBay gave back
- Promoted Listings ad fees
- eBay postage labels bought for the order
Fees are fetched when you connect, then updated every six hours, covering the last 90 days of orders. eBay can add fees a little after the sale, so a very recent order's fees may change slightly.
Accounts connected before this was available need to reconnect once to allow it. See Reconnecting eBay.
Estimated fees
Until real fees are available, Vendsta uses the final value fee recorded on each order. That doesn't include ad fees or other charges, so your profit may look a little higher than it really is.
